Part 2

Lulu: Johnny, wake up! Johnny, wake up! Wake up. Oh, my -- Johnny -- Johnny, thank god. Thank god, sit up. Can you sit up? Oh, I need to get you to a doctor -- ok.

Johnny: No. No doctors -- too many questions, get the police involved.

Lulu: Ok, then at least let me call Jason.

Johnny: I don't want you to get anybody, especially Jason.

Lulu: Well, he helped you. He came to the boat, remember?

Johnny: He came to the boat to bail out you and Logan.

Lulu: But he has people looking for you right now

. Johnny: I don't doubt that.

Lulu: Ok, Johnny, let me at least call Trevor.

Johnny: Trevor's the last person I want to see in this condition. I'll choke him when I see him for dragging you into this.

Lulu: You are out of options right now and you need medical attention. Just at least let me see what I can do for you -- some -

Johnny: Why?

Lulu: Because I want to -- and you are in no position to argue with me.

[Jake cries]

[Elizabeth gasps]

Sam: Hey. Have you spoken to your brother or seen him?

Lucky: Well, I tried looking in on him, but he was off having a test and I don't want to crowd him, you know? But after the way he went off on the guy who was threatening to blow up the whole E.R. -

Sam: Yeah, about that guy, Lucky, Joe -- he really is a good guy.

Lucky: Right now he's a good guy who's in a whole lot of trouble.

Sam: Well, that happens to good people. I me, things happen and you get desperate and you do things that you normally wouldn't do, things that you know -- clearly know that aren't right.

Lucky: Are we still talking about Joe the mechanic?

Sam: Yes. I mean, of course. It's just that I -- I know Joe, I understand him. I know -- I know what it's like to struggle and never know when your next dollar is coming. I mean, you -- you just feel so lost, and suddenly you lash out, and you do things that you normally wouldn't do if you would've actually sat and thought it through. I know that you are really angry with me for telling Carly that Jake is really Jason's, and I just -- I really want to apologize, and I need you to know that I mean it. I really, really do. It's just that when it comes to Elizabeth and -- and Carly and Jason, I lose all perspective, and I just feel really hurt and angry, and I don't know why.

Lucky: Have you gotten that out of your system?

Sam: Wow. I mean, it would be nice, wouldn't it?

Lucky: Yeah, it would be.

Sam: I've -- I've got to go. Um -- I've got some scheduling to do for the show and I just -- I -- ahem.

Lucky: You know, if you don't mind mashed peas and canned ravioli, we could, you know, have a late-night dinner together.

Sam: Yeah, I would really like that.

Jason: I see you started telling everybody about Jake.

Carly: It's Jax -- he's not going to say anything.

Jason: I asked you to leave this alone for Jake's safety.

Carly: You're over an hour early for your birthday party.

Jason: You want to give me something for my birthday? Leave Elizabeth alone.

Carly: A new leather jacket would be more practical.

Jax: Yeah, and not to mention more lasting.

[Phone rings]

Jax: Oh, I've got to take this.

Jason: What is all this, Carly?

Carly: I think you should be with your son.

Jason: What is all this?

Carly: I don't know!

Jason: Yes, you do know! No matter how twisted your thinking gets, you know why you do something.

Jason: I have made peace with the fact that Elizabeth and Lucky should raise my son -

Carly: No.

Jason: For Jake's sake, Carly. Yes, it hurts me, but it can't be about me.

Carly: Yes, it can be -- and it should be. I know how badly you want to be a father, and now you have a child and you can't be? It's wrong! It's as unfair as Jax wanting to have a baby and me not being able to give him one!

Jason: So, what, you can't -- you can't give Jax a baby, so you're going to go get my baby for me -- is that what's going on?

Carly: Probably, yes, probably. That's it, right? And I'm sorry, Jason. I am sorry.

Jason: I -- I believe you mean that -- somewhere. What I don't believe is that you'll stop.

Woman: I'd let you in, but I -- I really don't know you.

Ric: It's -- it's ok. I'm not even really sure I want to go inside. I don't even really know what I'm doing here.

Woman: Yeah, I'd say you must have a lot of happy memories here, but I don't -

Ric: But what?

Woman: It's none of my business. People say I talk too much.

Ric: Well, it's ok. You're not with "people" right now, you're -- you're with me. What were you going to say?

Woman: Say that the house isn't the only thing that's sad inside. I forgot something, I --

Man: You let a band of hardy boys ruin everything. The Zacchara ship and all the product that I had onboard is at the bottom of the harbor.

Jerry: Oh, calm down -- I've done damage control. Finch is dead. Brother Franco at the monastery is on an extended leave of absence -- he won't return. No one else saw me, so the holes are being sealed up, and the abbot will deny any wrongdoing if the whole affair's investigated.

Man: What about the girl?

Jerry: Oh, she'll keep her mouth shut to protect Johnny Zacchara.

Man: The power of love. Fortunately, men like us are more interested in the love of power, which would win out if the two were pitted against each other.

Jerry: Spoken like a man who's never been in love.

Man: We'll need to start all over now. We need our own base of operation. What I'm doing is risky enough without getting more involved with people like Sonny Corinthos and the Zaccharas. Work on getting me those piers.

Jerry: You mean "us," don't you?

Man: Of course. For us, old friend -- for now.

Lulu: Hi. I heard what happened. It sounded awful, but you and Jake are ok?

Elizabeth: Yeah, yeah, we'll be ok. I just really miss him.

Lulu: I can see. Um -- I've -- I've also come by because I need a really big favor. It's complicated and personal. m -- I need something for somebody, but you can't ask a lot of questions.

Elizabeth: Well, you're going to have to give me some idea what it's about.

Lulu: Um -- somebody's hurt, and they can't see a doctor. I -- I can go to a store and I can get bandages, but I might need -

Elizabeth: Some antibiotics?

Lulu: Yeah.

Elizabeth: Ok. Um, there's a supply closet in the E.R.

Lulu: That's all I took. I swear.

Elizabeth: Ok, that's fine. Just be careful, all right? And now I have a favor to ask of you -- and it's personal and complicated and you can't ask me any questions.

Lulu: Happy Birthday. And Happy Birthday from me, too.

Carly: What's going on?

Jax: A problem with the new hotel in Hawaii. The design may have to be altered, so I need to be there. I've already said goodbye to the boys, and, you know, I gave them a speech about behaving for you. But I'd keep a close eye on Michael, you know? He's -- something's up.

Carly: I'm sorry.

Jax: I haven't been out of the room that long. What could you possibly have done?

Carly: I'm sorry that I keep bouncing off the walls when I should be spending more time with you.

Jax: Look, we've managed to spend some quality time together.

Carly: Who knows -- when you come back, maybe we'll have good news.

Jax: Look, whatever happens, I love you. Don't forget that.

Carly: I love you, too. You going to tell me not to meddle?

Jax: Well -- um -- look, something's come up, I have to go. So -- Happy Birthday, and good luck.

Jason: All right.

Carly: I know how much you miss Emily, and I know that you would've done anything to save her and keep her in your life. I just don't want you to have any regrets about giving up your son.

Michael: Jason.

Morgan: Happy Birthday, Uncle Jason.

Jason: Hey, man! Thanks a lot. Come here -- oh, yeah.

Michael: Happy Birthday.

Jason: Thanks, bud. Let's go see what you got me here.

Michael: So, how long is Jax going to be gone?

Carly: Oh, I hope not too long.

Michael: Oh, you don't have to worry. I'll look after you.

Alexis: Ok, so you and the mayor can make a list of all your grievances, and I promise to look them over and put them in order of importance -- which means I'll probably get to you around may. Oh -- look at you. You've got your father's good looks, his charm. Now, if only you have his penchant for self-absorption, it's a trifecta.

Scott: Hey, pay no attention to that crackpot. Listen, I was going to call you.

Logan: Right, you got a job for me?

Scott: Well, I know that you don't want any handouts, so I've got to find something that's not going to make either one of us look bad.

Logan: What are you trying to say, Scott, I got no skills?

Scott: Well, you know, I don't really know that much about you, and I checked your records, and, you know, you kind of barely got out of high school.

Logan: So?

Scott: Well, so if you're trying to impress Lulu, you don't have to do that.

Logan: Oh, I'm supposed to do this to impress you?

Scott: No. What you're supposed to do is find something that you love to do for a job, and when you do, call me.

Mac: You didn't just walk out on the girls. You walked out on me, left me to raise those girls on my own. When they got sick, when they got in trouble, when they had their hearts broken, Felicia, I was the one who was there. I was out of my depths, and I got a lot of it wrong, but I was there! Now Georgie's dead, and I'm going to be the one who finds her killer.

Felicia: And I'm going to be the one to help you!

Mac: There was a time when I would've welcomed it. But I can't. Not now.

Trevor: Richard, this is your father speaking. Don't overestimate your bargaining position. Sure, Skye gave you those waterfront properties, but did she also give you the Alcazar organization to protect you? So, before you go public and tell everybody that you own those properties, perhaps making yourself a target, maybe you would like to call your father first.

Mr. Vaughn: There's no sign he was treated here, either.

Trevor: My gut instinct -- John probably had something to do with what happened last night.

Mr. Vaughn: You really think he blew up his own ship?

Trevor: Well, john is a wild and emotional guy. Then again, perhaps Moreau miscalculated when he kidnapped the girl and tried to force Johnny to toe the line.

Mr. Vaughn: So I guess we can kiss Moreau goodbye as an ally, huh?

Trevor: Not necessarily. Maybe we can still use John's unpredictability. The guy who really stands in our way is the clearheaded strategist -- Jason Morgan.

Mr. Vaughn: Dangerous guy to go after.

Trevor: Everybody's got his weak spot. So let's have some fun and find his.

Carly: He's going to hate the pink one.

[Carly chuckles]

Carly: What do you think?

Michael: He'll love the blue one.

Carly: Another green? Yeah.

Lucky: Say hello. Mrs. Ramirez -- she stopped by. She offered to take care of Cam so we could come by and visit you.

Elizabeth: Oh -- hi, baby! Oh, you have no idea how much I needed this. Mommy missed you so much. How's he sleeping?

Lucky: He was a little out of sorts at first.

Elizabeth: Hi, baby. Are you giving him the new formula?

Lucky: Yeah.

Elizabeth: Ok.

Lucky: You know, he was a little cranky from the hospital and everything that's happened. And then I remembered a little trick my mom used to use to get Lulu to go to sleep, a it did the trick.

Elizabeth: What about his medicine?

Lucky: Twice a day.

Elizabeth: Oh, good.

Lucky: Daddy's got it all covered -- right, Jake?

Lulu: Johnny? Johnny!

Officer: The D.N.A. test came back from the lab.

Mac: Thanks.

Scott: So who'd you run it against besides Zacchara?

Mac: We ran it through the system. If it doesn't match Johnny, it could match -

Scott: What's going -- what's wrong? What's the matter?

Mac: It's empty.

Scott: So somebody who was here today stole the results, Mac.

Mac: Not "somebody" -- my daughter's killer.

Alexis: Tell Kristina I'll bring her a pretzel home. Ok.

>> On the next "General Hospital" -

Leyla: I heard you had an emergency, Dr. Drake.
Nikolas: I've made up my mind. I'm not having this operation.
Jason: I want to be with my son.
Elizabeth: Are you wanting to take Jake?
