Claudia: You need to dial it down, Johnny. Getting upset like this where people can hear us --
Johnny: I trusted you.
Claudia: Is not okay.
Johnny: I backed off killing Sonny when I had the chance because you said you had a better way.
Claudia: It was better. The gun wasn't in your hands, was it?
Johnny: Sonny's kid may die and we're both responsible for it. If Sonny remembers what he told you --
Claudia: Hey, you know what? No matter what happens here, John, I am not going to let this touch you. I promise.
Jerry: I should shoot you and dump your body on Sonny's doorstep for this.
Ian: You don't want to really ruin this nice new car smell with a dead body no, do you?
Jerry: You were supposed to shoot Sonny, not his offspring. And now he's going to hang bodies like so many pelts for this. But I could deliver you to him and be a hero. You see, dead men don't point fingers.
Ian: This one would. You drop me on Sonny's doorstep, and he's going to know that you were involved in the shooting and so will your brother.
Carly's voice: Hi, it's Carly. Leave me a message.
Jax: Hey, it's me. They won't clear the jet for take off, so, uh -- but I'll find a way home. I'll find a way to come home to you and the boys, both the boys. Michael will be fine, Carly, okay? I love you.
Patrick: All right, everyone, listen up. We've got a 12-year-old boy with a bullet in his brain. Our job is to get him back to his parents in better condition than when he came in. You got that? Robin, there is no way I'm letting you be part of this procedure.
Robin: Well, then we're going to have a problem because I'm not leaving.
Carly: Hey, baby, I know you can hear me, and I'm going to be right here when you come out.
Sonny: We all are, buddy, okay? You stay strong.
Carly: That's right. You stay strong and you use my strength. You use as much strength as you need. And you come back to me, Michael. You come back to me. I love you so much.
Sonny: We all love you. You're going to be okay, buddy, okay?
Nikolas: Emily? Emily?
[Knock on door]
Nikolas: Come in.
Leyla: You wanted to see me, Mr. Cassadine?
Nikolas: No, the person I would like to see is Dr. Devlin.
Leyla: Unfortunately, he hasn't responded to my page.
Nikolas: I asked you to page him over an hour ago. What's taking you so long to find him?
Leyla: I paged him when you wanted me to. It's just that once the customary response time elapsed, I handed it over to the hospital --
Nikolas: The reason that I'm spending so much time and money on this patient care program in Emily's name is just that -- to see the patients get care. Now, the success of that depends on caring, responsible nurses. I'm -- I'm not sure you fit into that category. Do you want your job here, Ms. Mir?
Leyla: With all due respect, if you call Human Resources, I'm sure you'll find that a doctor ignoring his page is not grounds for my dismissal. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to see to my patients.
Ian: If you're going to shoot, shoot. Otherwise, the people at G.H. are going to be suspicious. I either have to be dead or on duty.
Jerry: I can't afford to be involved in this.
Ian: Then I guess you can't afford to pull that trigger either, can you?
Jerry: You're right.
[Chuckles]
Ian: [Groans] What the hell?
Jerry: Now, when you return to G.H., I suggest that you submit your resignation and move on. If Sonny Corinthos or Jason Morgan even have the slightest hint that you shot Michael, you'll be dead anyway.
Ian: No one is going to suspect me. I'm just a humble healer at the local hospital.
Jerry: As well as a drug smuggler, among other things.
Ian: Oh, let's not start calling names, shall we, Mr. Craig, Mr. Moreau, Mr. Jacks, whatever the hell --
Jerry: Spare me the litany of sins! I know what I've done. I'm just a little surprised that you're not a little more remorseful about shooting a young boy.
Ian: Michael's a child that still can be saved. The best thing for us to do is just to calm down and let this all blow over.
Jerry: Oh, please. Claudia Zacchara knows that you shot Michael. If Sonny and Jason try to accuse that precious little brother, you will be the first one that she throws under the bus to save him. Oh, and you might want to have someone take a look at that cheek. You're going to have a nasty bruise tomorrow, okay? Get out. Out!
Claudia: Why do you think I did this the way I did? To keep you in the clear no matter what went down.
Johnny: A child got shot.
Claudia: John --
Johnny: And here you are standing in front of me going on about blame, trying to save me.
Claudia: I can't save Michael. I can help you.
Johnny: I don't want you help.
Claudia: You're reckless and hotheaded --
Johnny: I was fine without you for all these years, which is a lot better than Michael Corinthos is doing. The kid's got a bullet in his brain. Does that mean anything to you but collateral damage?
Claudia: You know what? We can't discuss this here.
Johnny: You're right. I'm done discussing this with you, period. This has gone too far. The kid should not have to pay for his father's mistakes and his crimes. I helped put Michael Corinthos in that hospital bed, so I'm going to deal with the fallout.
Claudia: What does that mean?
Johnny: I'm going to go to Sonny and take responsibility for this.
Claudia: No, John, you cannot do that. That is suicide. You let me handle this.
Johnny: I want Sonny blaming me, not you.
Trevor: Ooh, Johnny boy, you got big problems now, don't you? Sonny's going to paint a target right between your eyes. And your only hope for survival is to somehow pin the shooting of the boy on her.
Epiphany: This kind of violence cost me my son.
Elizabeth: Stan wasn't a child. You couldn't make his decisions for him.
Epiphany: Then aren't you lucky there's still time to make choices for yours?
Patrick: Robin, I don't have time to argue -- Michael doesn't have to time to argue. How long, everybody?
Epiphany: We're ready, Doctor.
Robin: I became a doctor to save lives. Michael's life is too important for me to just stand by and cheer you on from the sidelines.
Patrick: I need you to be sure.
Robin: Now who's wasting time?
Patrick: Robin, you promise me that if this gets too much, you'll leave.
Robin: I can take care of myself. I don't want you thinking of anyone but Michael.
Elizabeth: His vitals are steady, Doctor.
Patrick: Okay, that means Michael's doing his part. We're going to need it. Epiphany, I'm ready for my lamp.
Patrick: Thank you.
Carly: I wonder how long it's going to take.
Jason: There's no way to know. We just got to get through this.
Carly: You don't have to worry about me. I'm not going to fall apart. Michael and I made a deal.
Kate: I just want to do something.
Sonny: It's enough that you're here.
Carly: Did it cross your mind to ask my permission, to warn me where you'd be taking Michael without guards, to let me weigh in on such a dangerous decision?
Sonny: I thought that it would be okay.
Nadine: Oh, Mr. Harris in 1026 is still complaining of cramps.
Leyla: It must be the candy his daughter keeps sneaking in for him.
Nadine: So that was chocolate on his breath when I took his temp.
Leyla: Has Dr. Devlin answered his page yet?
Nadine: Not that I know of.
Leyla: Well, I hope Human Resources is ready for the royal tantrum.
Nadine: Did something happen with Nikolas?
Leyla: Yeah, he almost fired me because Dr. Devlin's not answering his page fast enough.
Nadine: That's ridiculous.
Leyla: I guess it comes with the territory. I can't be too hard on Nikolas. I mean, he is sick and he's trying to get --
Nadine: Abusing his authority and being a bully. And I'm going to tell him so.
Leyla: Well, you can't do that, not on my account. I can't really get fired. Plus, you can't go around telling off G.H. board members.
Nadine: Watch me.
Maxie: Hey, I heard about Michael. It's all over the news.
Spinelli: Yeah, little dude is in surgery.
Maxie: So why call me?
Spinelli: Because as the fashionista's assistant, you can help me retrace her steps so I can jackal surveillance cameras along the buildings --
Maxie: Spinelli, I know what it's like to keep yourself busy so you can try and pretend something terrible didn't just happen, but that doesn't work.
Patrick: The bullet is deep. If we rush, we'll compromise brain tissue.
Robin: The dura matter is discolored.
Patrick: A dusky blue, to be precise.
Robin: Which means that there's a clot underneath.
Patrick: It's going to have to be removed.
Robin: Be careful. The clot is acting as a dam.
Patrick: Okay, everybody, be ready to act fast.
Elizabeth: Yes, Doctor.
Carly: Did you think the danger was going to go away just because you wanted it to? Michael's in that operating room, Sonny, because you put him in the line of fire.
Kate: Carly, just stop. Could you be any more unfair? Look, I was there and I saw Sonny's face when he was holding his bleeding son in his arms -
Carly: Yeah, that's right. You were there, Kate. You took my son there.
Kate: Okay, look, I know that you are terrified right now, but that doesn't give you the right to rub this in Sonny's face. You are not the only one who loves Michael.
Jason: Hey, Carly's Michael's mother. She gets to deal with this however she wants.
Kate: And exactly how does attacking Sonny help Michael or anybody else?
Jason: You know what? If you can't respect Carly, maybe you should leave.
Sonny: No, she's not going to leave, because I got to do what I got to do to get through this. And if that means Kate stays here, that's what she's going to do.
Nadine: Okay, I don't know how you treat your people at Wyndemere, but on behalf of the G.H. nursing staff, I'd like to enlighten you to the basic code of conduct that we have here that doesn't make allowances for treating people like a -- a jackass.
Nikolas: So where've you been? I've been paging you. This is not a conversation for a hallway.
Nikolas: So, now that we're behind closed doors, what happened to your cheek?
Ian: I ran into a door. So what's so damn important?
Nikolas: Well, the pills you've been giving me -- they stopped working. I can't see Emily anymore.
Robin: More suction.
Epiphany: His pressure's still dropping.
Patrick: I'm close to the bullet.
Elizabeth: Doctor, he's still hemorrhaging.
Robin: Clamp.
Patrick: Can you get that bleeder?
Robin: I'm on it.
Patrick: I still can't get at it.
Sonny: Why you acting like this is Kate's fault? She's here for me. I mean, if you can't handle that -- what do want me to say?
Jason: What the hell's wrong with you? This is Michael's mother. You should be supporting her any way you can.
Sonny: You don't think I'm doing that? Is this -- is this guilt talking for not taking out the Zaccharas when I told you to?
Carly: Stop attacking Jason!
Jason: Stop! Just stop. All that matters is Michael. Everybody here needs to focus on him.
Johnny: So you just assume I'm responsible for Michael's shooting.
Trevor: Well, Sonny's not going to bother to find out who really did this. He's going to go after you because he wants to. My advice -- get to him first. Tell him you had nothing to do with this and it was all Claudia.
Johnny: So you just want me to feed my sister to Sonny.
Trevor: Yeah, she's the logical choice. She's Anthony Zacchara's nut job of a daughter. She's got murder and mayhem running in the family veins.
Johnny: That's not going to happen, pal.
Trevor: Then you are a fool and a walking dead man, because you got nobody else to point the finger at.
Johnny: How about we feed Sonny the person who's really responsible for this? The coward who's been trying to cover his butt this whole time? You.
Johnny: For months you've been trying to push me to start a war with Sonny. Take out Jason Morgan and now that you own the Alcazar property --
Claudia: You're so worried that Sonny's going to waste you that you try to take him out first?
Johnny: But it went wrong. A little boy accidentally got shot and you're trying to pin it on Claudia.
Claudia: Like the slimy coward that you are.
Trevor: That's not what happened. It wasn't me.
Claudia: Oh, really?
Johnny: You had means, motive, opportunity. The idea of dancing on Sonny's grave just gets you off. I can't count the amount of times I heard you say you want Sonny dead.
Alexis: Would you like to swear to that in a court of law, Mr. Zacchara?
Ian: I told you that the drug was highly experimental. That means no guarantee.
Nikolas: I'm paying you $10 million. I expect results.
Ian: The drug is supposed to control the tumor and -- and control these wild episodes of mindless rage and blackouts you seem to be having. From what I've observed, it's working.
Nikolas: No, it's not. I can't see Emily.
Ian: I told you right up front that I had no idea what the side effects would be. The meds might have reduced the hallucinations along with everything else.
Nikolas: But that's not what I want.
Ian: I can't help that. No matter how much money you throw at me -- the pills are supposed to slow the tumor down, but not stop it. Translation -- you're still going to have to have the tumor removed or you're still going to die.
Nikolas: You're spying on me?
